In Microsoft Outlook, you can turn an email into an appointment. This is useful when you want all appointment attendees to see the content of the email.
You can create an appointment with an email by dragging the email from the inbox to the Calendar button on the navigation pane. The email message will display in the body of the appointment. The subject of the email will display in the subject of the appointment. The date and time will need to be entered, along with inviting appropriate attendees if necessary, and then send or save the appointment.
